Project Feasibility
Mass Equity brings a tailored client-specific plan to each project, taking into consideration the various components of charter school operation from current facility status, operator finances and educational standing, to the school board’s framework and the school history.

Site Discovery
Mass Equity collaborates with local school districts, city managers, agencies and commercial real estate brokers to help deliver the perfect site to meet the facility objectives of each client.

Design
Mass Equity works only with architects who have specialized experience in designing educational facilities. This ensures that each facility’s design maximizes school operation and value while in full compliance with the required rules and regulations for educational facilities.

Funding
Mass Equity is comprised of a private group of investors and developers with accomplished backgrounds in charter schools and real estate development, providing clients with project-tailored funding options to maximize the value of the budget.

Property Acquisition
Upon acquisition of the property, Mass Equity enters into a lease agreement with each school. The school operator then has the option to purchase the facility from Mass Equity at a later date in time.

Construction
Mass Equity oversees all construction from its corporate headquarters in Los Angeles, CA. Mass Equity works with local, professional project management companies to ensure a project keeps moving forward, on time and within projected costs.

Furnishings
Mass Equity is able to receive and deliver educational furniture at a lower price point than an individual school could obtain on its own. These costs can be easily structured into the overall project.
